Thermomix Healthy Choc Nut Milkshake Recipe
Ingredients:
1 frozen ripe banana
1 cup of milk (dairy, soy, nut whatever)
2 tsp cacao
1 tbs nut butter (use our Almond Cashew Nut Butter Recipe)
Method
Put all ingredients in thermie. Blend together 8 secs/speed 5
Serves 1 adult or 2 small children
Sweetening
This is not a sweet milkshake. I love the nutty flavour. If you want to sweeten it you could add 1-2tsps rice malt syrup or honey.
Healthier Option
1 tsp maca and for extra protein 1 raw egg into the milk shake. I put eggs in the kids milkshakes all the time and they never know... :)
