This recipe can be doubled ot tripled without any probs.
Want to really indulge ? Melt some dark chocolate and drizzle them over the top of the cookies xx (although these dont travel or lunchbox well, too easily melt and messy)

Peanut Butter Slice
This is a healthier alternative to a lot of home made cookies and slices. This slice is one i make for a couple of friends for their Birthdays. It is an excellent treat when you just need a little something. I suggest cutting it up into small pieces and freezing it, It takes only moments to defrost and can keep for ages.
Quick Lemon Biscuit Recipe
A basic lemon biscuit recipe that you can whip up in no time is handy when you find yourself with a few ringins or you have a cup of tea but no treat to accompany !
This basic biscuit is one you can ice multiple ways, my son loves lime icing rather than lemon. You can easily swap the citrus rind and juice combination. You can also leave out the citrus and just use Vanill a for an eas basic biscuit.
