Mother Nurture Pregnancy Yoga DVD Giveaway

This comprehensive DVD is a fabulous complete package of information, routine and techniques that will guide you through a series of safe, simple yoga poses, breathing and meditation techniques.

“We believe that all women deserve an enjoyable pregnancy and an empowering birth experience”
Caroline Bagga Founder and Principle Yoga Teacher, Mother Nurture

The DVD is an hour long and starts with an introduction that covers benefits and preparation for your journey into motherhood.
The Routine can be done in full or in sections which I think is great, so you only need to do what you are able to do (we know some days are harder than others when pregnant).

There is a relaxation/meditation for focusing on breathing
A 10 minute 'warm up' routine
A 30 minute full routine
A 'savasana' relaxation

We think this is a really good DVD.  Is suitable from 12 weeks and we think its great for just stretching and meditating and learning to control.  I love the idea of having it all on DVD as sometimes it is sometimes hard to get to classes.  I know I was sick a lot so this would have been great for me to do when I felt well enough to do it.

The routine is really simple and explained well and we thing you'll really enjoy it.

BONUS in this DVD is the  30 minute Postnatal Yoga DVD, to help strengthen your body after birth from the comfort of your own home.  Good for rebuilding your core and well as relaxing tension from neck and shoulders and taking a mental break for your mind -  Great for nap time!

Mother Nurture Yoga is Sydney’s leading Pregnancy Yoga School, with classes in Carlingford, Hornsby, Parramatta, Rouse Hill and coming soon to the Sydney CBD.

Yoga, in my own home at my own pace and my own speed, without an instructor or other participants to giggle at me in my varying poses. Have always wanted to do Yoga, now is the time.

I would love to score points with my pregnant sister in law.
As she can be a bit hard to deal, doing some pregnancy yoga might be the way to go.

I'd like to send this Mother Nurture Yoga DVD to the future mother of my child (or as she calls herself, my baby momma!) in Canada. She does enjoy yoga. She is 7 months pregnant and often has a sore back, so I think this DVD would be a very welcome present.

I would like to win this as im 6 months pregnant now and I think yoga would be very beneficial for my body at the moment but don't really have the spare money to go to classes. A great stretch would do me the world of good. And both DVDs would be perfect

I love Yoga, but have found that I have been really sluggish in going to classes and unsure of what I can safely do during my early pregnancy. Now that I am in my second trimester, I have more energy and am wanting to get back into more gentle exercise. This product would be fantastic to try at home!

With number one on the way,
And going to the gym every day.
Need something as I grow,
But still need sweat to flow.

I am due in September and have had to cut out all exercise due to 3 previous losses. I can start doing some light work now and Yoga is the perfect way to help me stay in a bit of shape and relax during a rather stressful time.

Because I seriously need to get control of my pelvic floor again because when I return to work as a teacher when maternity leave is over I won't be able to afford little accidents.
