little lunch Review DVD giveaway

Australia's best school mockumentary

An Australian made children's mockumentary based on the fifteen minutes break in primary school and the escapades that 11yr olds live through.  The show has been shown on ABC3 and is now available on DVD. This first series is a great one for easy, amusing and relate able stories for older primary kids.

Little Lunch - The Principles Office

Review & Giveaway

I have to be honest i had never heard of "Little Lunch"  I may have seen a commercial on ABC3 or a review somewhere but i hadn't paid it much attention.  The mockumentary style of programming doesn't really excite me but thought my 12yr and 7yr old might enjoy it.

We all loved it!  Gosh its clever and so real and the kids thought it was hilarious. ABC 3 "Little Lunch" Review and Giveaway

The Characters are all based on people we know/knew at school :

Atticus is the sweet, nerdy one that is always hungry.

Melanie is stubborn, but shy.

Tamara Noodle is not shy and excellent at sport.

Rory is the naughty one.

Battie is the daydreamer

and Debra-Jo is the extremely smart and organised one.

There were so many parts we all thought were funny. For me the "juicy little fingers"  incident was probably my favourite. "Get back on the chair Rory" still makes me laugh when thinking about it.

The show is from the makers of Upper Middle Bogan and The Librarians this clever comedy is adapted from the YABBA series by Danny Katz and Mitch Vane.

This series "The Principle's Office"  contains thirteen episodes and runs for 168 minutes.  Its really enjoyable, if you have mid to late primary school aged children this is for them.

"The Principles Office" is available to buy on DVD from 02/09/15.

I used to love swapping scratch and sniff stickers and scented rubbers and braid friends hair or do hula hoop comps at recess
