I religiously eat a wholesome breakfast every morning. It stops me nibbling later and gets a good serve of grains into me!

Up with the birds at dawn for a walk or jog. The exercise great for my body, the silence at that time of the morning with no one else around great for my mind, being alone with ones thoughts.

I love to have dance-offs on our Wii console with my three beautiful young daughters. We sometimes pair up into teams, or play against each other. It's so much fun. We sing along to the songs, and it really works up a sweat.

I walk (not drive) all the way to the kitchen every morning,
I do some stretching to retrieve a tall glass & then whilst balancing said glass in one hand reach out to the fridge, open the door & pick up the bottle (hopefully at least partially filled with deep dark red deliciousness) & pour into my glass practicing some hand eye coordination as I do so & reward myself for all that exercise by drinking Sunraysia Heart beet juice...win win all round!

I make a fruit and vegy juice everyday which always includes beetroot, it's my favourite, I love the earthy flavour and I know it is great for my blood, my body. Having Sunraysia Beetroot & Apple juice in a bottle will be so handy when I'm working on the road, on the run.

I make some time on most days to sit down and drink a freshly squeezed cold pressed juice, my cat loves routines and she comes over when she sees me sit on the chair for a gentle pat and brush, I find the whole ritual of enjoying the beetroot, ginger, apple/watermelo n and cucumber vegetable juice and the cats positive energy very relaxing and uplifting. Afterwards I always feel more energetic.
