Chocolate Crackle Christmas

The kids will love making these! So simple

 

These chocolate crackles are really just two ingredients!   These dont contain the copha so they are quite crunchy.

You'll need:

 

200g Chocolate Melts Milk or Dark (I use a mix of both)

3 cups of Rice Bubbles.

(you can use cocopops if you'd like them really chocolatey)

 

To make them into little Christmas pudding like ours you'll also need some red chocolate buttons and about 100g melted white chocolate.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 How to:

  • To make these, simply follow the instructions on the pack for melting your chocolate.
  • In a large bowl tip in your three cups of Rice Bubbles.
  • Have ready to go about 20 cupcake patty liners.  This will make 15 - 20 depending on your sizing.
  • Once the chocolate has melted slowly pour it into your Rice Bubbles whilst stirring gently but quickly and continuously so you cover all the cereal.
  • Spoon the mixture into each of the patty liners and pop in the fridge to set.
  • They wont take long so prep your white chocolate and then once you are ready take out the crackles. Spoon a teaspoon or two of white chocolate on top of your crackles and then pop on a red button. 
  • Put them back into the fridge to set completely.
  • You can serve these in the liners but they also look cute if you take them out.
