Rainbows are fun to play with anytime!  Here is some Great Rainbow Play fun

 Touching Rainbows Sensory Play

My 1year old and 5year old both love making touching things like this touching rainbow. So many colours and textures make for great sensory play.

Here's what we used

White Paper plate which we covered in Cotton Balls and Paper Doilies for the clouds

We used Coloured cardboard for the base of the rainbow all diferent widths.

Use lots of different textures for the colours of your rainbow. All different shapes, lengths, shades and textures make for a very exciting looking rainbow.

Have your child select, cut and glue them all on the cloud. It doesnt matter if its not quite right. They will love it :)

My little one would love these activities too, especially the rainbow cookies! Those rainbow meringues look awesome - and a bonus that you get to eat them too! You're so creative!

I love this idea! I'm always on the lookout for fun activities to do with my class and we are actually doing rainbow maths this week - so this will tie in perfectly!
