Myer Christmas Giftorium

It Christmas Magic at the Myer Giftorium this Christmas

We are on the countdown to Christmas!  We're all making lists and checking them twice heading to stores and hoping to find the perfect gift for our loved ones.  Yesterday i had the absolute pleasure once again to attend the launch of the Christmas Giftorium at Myer Sydney City.

Myer Christmas Giftorium 2015

It was an event we were so looking forward to attending and Myer once again did not disappoint in fact they possibly even topped it. An abseiling Santa arrival, Kris Smith, Jennifer Hawkins and a store full of Christmas magic.Myer Christmas Giftorium

I took two excited little shoppers with me to do some research and by the time we left they were armed with teddy bears, balloons, personalised jars of Nutella and painted faces.  My seven year old was a BIG fan of all the Star Wars themed products the displays and cardboard cutouts and even the scene displays we came home with some little space ships to start a collection. Judging by the people in this section Star Wars will be popular this Christmas.

My three year old was thrilled with the Disney section. Princesses are her thing with all the Frozen paraphernalia you could imagine. We did like the Disney build your own character bears that we haven't seen before and was she was so pleased to see lots of Disney character toys like Minnie and Goofy.  Movie branded toys like Inside Out, Home and Toy Story had most of her attention but we did come home with some Little Live Pet Owls ... to be friends with the birds we already have.

Lego of course has a third of the toy section with a lot of new ranges. The Sydney city store has a fabulous CP3O and R2D2 made from Lego and a very clever Surfer wall and a Sydney Harbour Bridge also built with Lego.

Santa can be found up on Level 6 in Sydney City too whilst you are up there go for a train ride. My son was excited to see the Polar Express, wasn't so thrilled with the ride but agreed if he was 5 or under it would be great fun.

Its not just about the toys!

There are seven themes to the Myer Giftorium: For Her, For Him, Tech Guru, Kids Cubby, Paws Corner, Stocking Fillers and Food Fanatics.  There is also a wide selection of festive Christmas theme Decor.

There are lots of Christmas Giftorium services on offer including the "All wrapped up" Gift registery where you scan, pay and then leave and they beautifully wrap and deliver to your door.

If something is not available instore you can use the Ipads to order. There is the "Shop and Drop" parcel service and the "Shop, Wrap & Deliver" service.

Myer are also bringing Christmas Magic to their website with new tools to guide you through their products as services including:

Personalisation is a big feature this year following its success from last year.   Every Giftorium will have a Nutella Pop-Up store where you can have your your gift recipients name on printed on a jar of Nutella. There is also similar services available with R&A Leather, Peanuts and Mr Men/Little Miss cartoon prints and the personalisation of Santa sacks and Christmas stockings.

All Myer stores nationwide have this unique and special Giftorium concept this year with over 2.5 million products on range there will definately be something for all your loved ones.

Thank you Myer for once again letting us share in the magic that is a Myer Christmas Giftorium.

You're lucky. I wasn't impressed with the Brisbane store this year. Very disappointing.
