A Peter Pan Prequel "Pan" out now

Did you wonder how Peter Pan got to Neverland in the first place? Have you ever thought about when Captain Hook and Peter first met?

Well here is a Peter Pan story you might like to see.

"PAN"  Review and Giveaway

Pan Review and Giveaway

"Pan" directed by Joe Wright shares this original story of a mischievous boy Peter who is whisked away from an orphanage one night to a fantastical world of Nirvana singing pirates and fairies called Neverland.

There Peter tries to find the secrets of his mother, he fights magical battles and find new friends in Tiger Lily and James Hook.

Staring Garret Hedlund, Rooney Mara, Amanda Seyfried and Levi Miller as Peter and of coursse the gorgeous Hugo Jackman who is scarily not so gorgeous as Blackbeard the ruthless pirate who shows Peter his true identity.

We found the movie interesting and certainly pretty impressive in its fantasy land scenes.  We all enjoyed it, my seven year old loved it and my three year old has watched it twice and didnt find anything disconcerting.

Would be great for a family movie night.

One might say I'm a Pan fan from way back. I even use to have a pen pal who lived in the house that once belonged to the writer of the book. I think it is the best story ever written for children and still today in my mid 30's my mind is still taken away to that wonderful place Neverland. Oh and of course the kids would love the movie too!! It's all about the kids.

Great movie, so the kids tell me (who saw it with their Auntie). Be good to see it too, and them again as well for some long overdue quiet time.

My six year old son is pleading to see 'Pan',
He would have to be Peter Pan's Number 1 fan!
He adores Peter's bravery and dashing daring-do,
Fighting Hook to save Wendy, the boys and Neverland, too!

We go from growing up to fast to watching our kids do the same. Family movie night is one of my favourite activities. You escape all that and just be. Together. Movies are my pause button.
